1. Eligibility

2. Product Information
Bear King Broth specializes in fresh, small-batch bone broth. We take every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery areas, fees, and schedules are outlined at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Perishable Products
Our bone broth is perishable and must be kept refrigerated upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues with your order (damage, spoilage, incorrect items), you must notify us within 24 hours.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform illegal acts, or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Bear King Broth or others.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bear King Broth is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption of our products after delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, product designs, and photography — is the property of Bear King Broth and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
