Return & Refund Policy – Bear King Broth

At Bear King Broth, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, premium bone broth. Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us investigate and improve our process.

Refunds or Replacements

• Refunds are issued only in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect items.

• In some cases, we may offer store credit or send a replacement shipment.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
