Shipping policy

At Bear King Broth, we prepare each batch of broth fresh to order and deliver it refrigerated to ensure maximum quality and flavor. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within select neighborhoods in New York City. You can confirm availability by entering your delivery address at checkout.
Delivery Schedule

Orders are fulfilled on a weekly schedule based on our production days.

Customers will be notified by email/SMS when a new batch is available and delivery slots open.

Orders are delivered refrigerated and must be transferred to a refrigerator immediately upon receipt.
Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fee: $5 per order.
- To maintain quality and minimize waste, every order is packed in a reusable insulated bag with ice packs and glass jars. A $5 packaging deposit is added to your order at checkout. When you return these materials with your next delivery, the deposit is waived.
Free Delivery Promotions
From time to time, we may offer free delivery for first-time customers or as part of special promotions. Details will be shared on our website and through email/SMS notifications.
Delivery Service
All deliveries are made via Bear King Broth’s in-house delivery service or through trusted courier partners to maintain proper temperature control. We do not ship outside our service area at this time.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order during the confirmed delivery window, your order will be left in a designated drop-off location if available. Bear King Broth is not responsible for product quality after the scheduled delivery window.
